Website terms of service
These terms govern general use of the Cloud Compute AI website. Custom project work is governed by its proposal, agreement, statement of work, and related documents.
Website and marketplace use
This website provides information, digital resources, service packages, shopping-cart tools, and forms for requesting orders, invoices, consultations, project work, and client access. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
Orders are requests until confirmed
Submitting checkout does not automatically create a final binding project agreement or guarantee availability. Cloud Compute AI must confirm product eligibility, scope, dependencies, taxes, delivery timing, recurring terms, payment instructions, and any required statement of work.
Pricing and payment
Prices displayed are starting or estimated prices unless expressly identified otherwise. The website does not collect complete credit-card numbers. Payment may be completed later through an approved invoice, Stripe, PayPal, or another agreed method. Work may not begin until required agreements and payments are completed.
Digital products and delivery
Digital guides, templates, or resources are licensed for the purchasing customer’s internal use unless different terms are provided. They may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or represented as the customer’s original product without written permission.
Custom services and changes
Custom implementation work is governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, statement of work, change order, and acceptance criteria. Additional integrations, data cleanup, hosting, third-party fees, security requirements, or revisions may change price and schedule.
Cancellations, refunds, and recurring services
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the product, delivery status, work already performed, third-party costs, and the applicable written agreement. Monthly support continues according to the confirmed subscription terms until canceled under those terms.
No guaranteed results
Examples, estimates, service descriptions, and marketing content do not guarantee specific revenue, productivity, accuracy, ranking, conversion, or other business outcomes.
AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, biased, outdated, or incorrect and must be reviewed according to its intended use. High-impact, safety-critical, legal, financial, medical, employment, or regulated decisions require appropriate human review and professional guidance.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on cloud, AI model, payment, analytics, communication, hosting, or other third-party providers. Their availability, pricing, policies, and behavior may change independently.
